Work Package 4 focuses on the practical implementation of the DESTInE training programme through local pilot workshops and speed-mentoring sessions in the partner countries. These activities provide women entrepreneurs with hands-on learning opportunities, peer exchange, and direct interaction with experts in digital skills, entrepreneurship, and sustainable tourism. The workshops allow participants to apply the knowledge gained through the training programme to their own business ideas and challenges, while the mentoring sessions offer personalised guidance and feedback. WP4 plays a key role in strengthening participants’ confidence, fostering collaboration at local level, and ensuring the real-world applicability of the project results. At the same time, it contributes to testing and validating the training approach before its wider dissemination.
